Order Processing

Production & Delivery Times: Please be aware of the timeframe for us to custom-make orders.

  • Baby Bassinet Mattresses: 1 week
  • Cot Mattresses: 1-2 weeks (contact if urgent and we'll do our best to meet your timeframe).
  • Child and Teenage Mattresses and bed bases: 2-3 weeks
  • Cotton/Wool Pillows: 2-5 Days
  • Adult Mattresses and Futons: 2-3 weeks
  • 'Zen' and ‘Gypsy' bed bases: 2-3 weeks
  • All other bed bases e.g. ‘Nova', 'Cubi Plus', 'New Classic', custom made designs: 4-6 weeks
  • Latex Toppers: 1-2 Weeks
  • Furniture: 4-6 weeks

You can collect your order from our New Lynn premisses in Auckland.

    Delivery Costs and Information

    We offer NZ WIDE DELIVERY for all our products.

    For small items under 0.125m3 we use NZ courier services, for some items over 0.125m3 we use Oversize Kiwi movers (not RD addresses) and for the rest we use Mainfreight 2Home Movers.

    We are pleased to offer flexible delivery options for your convenience.

    1. Depot Collection:

      • North Island: We have 14 Mainfreight Depots available: Kaitaia, Whangarei, Thames, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Gisborne, Napier, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Levin, Wellington.
      • South Island: We have 9 Mainfreight Depots available: Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Greymouth, Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin, Cromwell, Invercargill.
      • You can collect your order from any of these depots. We are passing on commercial rates to our customers, ensuring you receive the best possible price.
    2. Home Delivery:

      • We also offer delivery directly to your home address. Please note that this option costs a bit more due to additional logistics involved.
    3. Rural Delivery (RD) Addresses (we recommend you to collect from the closes Mainfreight Depot):

      • If you wish orders to be delivered to RD addresses, delivery rates will be quoted manually. We will discuss the best possible delivery options with you to ensure efficient and cost-effective service.
