INNATURE's 14-Day Customer Comfort Exchange Policy
At INNATURE, we understand the importance of finding the right mattress for a healthy and restful sleep. We offer you the opportunity to test your mattress at home to confirm that you have selected the best option for your needs. This is especially helpful for customers from outside Auckland who cannot visit our showroom.
If you feel that the firmness of your mattress is not quite right, please talk to us. We are happy to exchange the latex core within 14 days of delivery to help adjust the comfort and support of your mattress.
This policy applies to INNATURE Organic Latex Mattresses only and does not apply to Futon mattresses.
Terms and Conditions
Standard Sizes Only
This policy applies to mattresses in standard New Zealand sizes only. It does not apply to custom-made mattresses with special sizes or shapes.
Sleep Consultation Service
If you live outside Auckland, we encourage you to use our complimentary Sleep Consultation service. Our most experienced sleep consultant, Ursel, has developed a detailed consultation process over two decades to help identify the best mattress option for your body and sleep habits. This helps ensure the mattress provides proper body support and comfort.
Health and Hygiene Standards
Due to strict health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of pillows, toppers, mattress protectors, overlays, sheets, or other bedding items.
Choice of Replacement Firmness
The firmness of the replacement mattress core must be discussed and agreed with INNATURE. Based on your feedback and personal preferences, we will recommend the most suitable option. In some cases, we may suggest adding a latex topper to achieve the ideal balance between spine alignment and pressure-point relief.
Price Differences
If the replacement mattress core is more expensive than the original selection, the price difference will need to be paid.
Transport Costs
INNATURE does not cover transport costs for items returned to our premises or delivered back to your home.
Change of Mind
Please note that a change of mind is not considered a reason for return. Any return in such cases is at the discretion of INNATURE, and we may choose to accept it or decline it.
If a return is accepted, a refund can only be issued if the item is completely unused. The refund will be processed after the item has been received and resold, and a restocking fee of $180 will be deducted.
We believe everyone deserves a full and restorative night’s sleep, and this policy helps ensure your mattress provides the comfort and support you need.

Firmness and Durability
Experience the real firmness and durability of the INNATURE Organic Coconut Fibre Core Firm Futon Mattress. This 15cm thick mattress is our firmest option, designed to provide solid and unwavering support.
Natural Latex-Infused Coconut Husk Core
At its core is a 75mm rubberised layer of 100% natural latex-infused coconut husk, creating a very firm feel. Padded with layers of cotton and wool, this mattress is non-foldable for transportation, ensuring consistent firmness throughout.
Ideal for Super Firm Sleeping Surface
It's best used on a base with solid slats and is ideal for those seeking a super firm sleeping surface. Pair it with our Organic wool mattress protector for optimal use. Regular airing and turning are recommended to maintain its quality.

Futon mattresses come in thickness 7.5cm, 10cm, 15cm. Latex mattresses come in thickness 18cm and "Unik X" 21cm.
Ordering & Delivery
Order processing and delivery times
As most of our items are handmade per order, please allow production time of approximately:
- Cotton/Wool Pillows: 2-3 days
- other Natural pillows: 2-3 days
- ‘Zen’ and ‘Gypsy’ bed bases: 2-3 weeks
- All other bed bases e.g. ‘Nova’, ‘Cubi Plus’, ‘New Classic’: 3-4weeks
OUR Bed's woodwork production is full for pre-Christmas deliveries. Orders placed now will be made after the summer break in the end of January/February
- Adult Mattresses and Futons: 1-2 weeks
- Baby Bassinet Mattresses: 1 week
- Cot Mattresses: 1-2 weeks (contact us if urgent and we will aim to meet your timeline as best we can).
- Child and Teenage Mattresses: 1-2 weeks
- Latex Toppers: 1-2 Weeks
- Furniture (including Futon Sofa Beds): 3-4 weeks

- Small items (organic bedding and duvet inners etc) will be dispatched within 48hrs if in stock. Please call to confirm delivery times for products on backorder.
