We have Latex pillows in 2 different shapes: Contour and Traditional shape.

The Contour Shape Pillow is typically preferred by people who like additional neck support. It suitable for back and side sleepers.

  • Organic Latex Contour pillow has profile of 10 and 12cm and Medium density and size 40 x 60cm
  • “Woola” Organic Latex Contour pillow has profile of 9 and 11cm and Medium density and size 38 x 68cm, comes in a cardboard box

Ordering & Delivery

Order processing and delivery times

As most of our items are handmade per order, please allow production time of approximately:

  • Cotton/Wool Pillows: 2-7 days
  • other Natural pillows: 2-7 days
  • ‘Zen’ and ‘Gypsy’ bed bases: 2-3 weeks
  • All other bed bases e.g. ‘Nova’, ‘Cubi Plus’, ‘New Classic’: 4-6weeks
  • Adult Mattresses and Futons: 2 weeks
  • Baby Bassinet Mattresses: 1 week
  • Cot Mattresses: 1-2 weeks (contact us if urgent and we will aim to meet your timeline as best we can).
  • Child and Teenage Mattresses: 1-2 weeks
  • Latex Toppers: 1-2 Weeks
  • Furniture (including Futon Sofa Beds): 4-6 weeks
  • Small items (organic bedding and duvet inners etc) will be dispatched within 48hrs if in stock. Please call to confirm delivery times for products on backorder.

Not happy

Pillow is way too thin. I chose this one as they recommended it for women & I'm a small woman. However, it's so soft & thin my neck hurts. Have emailed twice & no reply. Worst customer service ever!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the pillow hasn’t worked well for you and that you’ve experienced discomfort.

When we discussed your needs, I gave my advice based on the requirements you reported to me. I also mentioned that it’s very difficult for us to know which pillow will be the right one for you, as comfort and support are highly individual. It is always a bit of a risk to buy a pillow online, especially when the expectation is that it will help remedy neck pain. For that type of issue, the best advice really should come from a doctor or osteopath who knows your specific situation.

Regarding exchanges, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pillows due to strict hygiene guidelines for these products. I understand this may be disappointing, but it is an important policy to keep all bedding products safe and sanitary for our customers.

I truly regret that this purchase didn’t meet your expectations. If you’d like, I can share some information about other options in our range that offer different levels of support, which may better suit your needs.

INNATURE's 14-Day Customer Comfort Exchange Policy

At INNATURE, we understand the importance of finding the perfect mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep. We offer you the opportunity to test your mattress at home to confirm that you have selected the right bed for your needs. This is especially beneficial for customers from other cities who cannot visit our Auckland showroom. If you are not satisfied with the firmness of your mattress, please talk to us. We are happy to exchange your mattress core within 14 days of delivery.

This policy is valid for INNATURE Latex mattresses and doesn't cover Futon type mattresses.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Standard Sizes Only: This policy applies to mattresses of standard NZ sizes and does not extend to custom-made orders with customized sizes or shapes.

  2. Sleep Consultation Service: If you live outside of Auckland, please contact us for our complimentary Sleep Consultation service. Our most experienced sleep consultant, Ursel, has developed a system of questions to accurately profile the best INNATURE product match for you. This process, refined over two decades, ensures we meet your unique body-support requirements. Everyone deserves a full night’s sleep, and many factors affect healthy sleep. Ursel can provide you with the tools to select the right bed and advice to help you develop healthy sleep habits.

  3. Health and Safety Standards: Please note that due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of pillows, toppers, or bed linen such as overlays, sheets, etc.

  4. Choice of Firmness: The choice of firmness for the new mattress core must be discussed and agreed upon by INNATURE. We consider your personal preferences to select replacement options that best meet your unique requirements. In some cases, we might advise adding a Latex topper to achieve the perfect balance between excellent spine alignment and pressure point relief.

  5. Price Differences: If the cost of the replacement mattress core is higher than your initial choice, the difference in price will be charged.

  6. Transport Costs: INNATURE does not cover the cost of transport for items to be returned to our premises and back to your home.

Traditional shape pillows come in 4 thickness options that can be Soft, Medium or Firm density:

  • 8cm. 8cm Soft pillow thin pillow suitable for people who love thin pillow and those who sleep on their stomach
  • 12cm. 12cm Soft pillow is more suitable for back sleepers and women side sleepers
  • 12cm Firm pillow is preferred by men side sleepers. Size 40 x 60cm
  • 13cm. 13cm “Woola” Medium pillow is suitable for people who lover their pillow to be supportive but cozy, good for side and back sleepers. Size 39 x 68cm, comes in the cardboard box
  • 15cm. 15cm Soft pillow is more suitable for side sleepers who like a Softer but higher pillow and the 15cm Firm pillow is preferred by side sleepers with wide shoulders. Size 40 x 60cm
