Composition

An all natural, non-chemical, breathable natural wool pillow filled with 2 sheets of 500gm bonded wool and covered with INNATURE’s special organic fabric, which is woven from 55% hemp 45% organic cotton.

Both wool and hemp have water absorbency properties that will help keep baby’s temperature regulated, keeping them warm in winter and cool in summer.

Expect your pillow to naturally compact and felt-up with use. Can be gently hand washed at a luke-warm temperature, use only wool detergents and dry flat in the sun.

You can use a regular sized pillow case on this pillow, although the pillow is smaller than a standard size pillow.

Please note these pillows are made from 100% natural fabrics and do smell like wool. While most people love the natural wool smell, please don’t order if you like don’t like the smell of wool.

Care & Maintenance

Regular Airing: Frequently air your pillow, especially in sunlight. On sunny days, lay it outside but ensure it doesn't get wet. For dampness, warm ironing can help.

Surface Cleaning: For light cleaning, sponge the surface gently. Avoid wetting the internal fibers and do not remove the pillow cover.

Washing Guidelines:
• Hand-wash in lukewarm water (20°C) using wool Eco detergents.
• Avoid wringing. Instead, roll in a towel to remove excess water.
• Hang in a sunny area or warm space to dry.
• Do not use a tumble dryer. Warm ironing is permissible if necessary.

Ordering & Delivery

Order processing and delivery times

As most of our items are handmade per order, please allow production time of approximately:

  • Cotton/Wool Pillows: 2-7 days
  • other Natural pillows: 2-7 days
  • ‘Zen’ and ‘Gypsy’ bed bases: 2-3 weeks
  • All other bed bases e.g. ‘Nova’, ‘Cubi Plus’, ‘New Classic’: 4-6weeks
  • Adult Mattresses and Futons: 2 weeks
  • Baby Bassinet Mattresses: 1 week
  • Cot Mattresses: 1-2 weeks (contact us if urgent and we will aim to meet your timeline as best we can).
  • Child and Teenage Mattresses: 1-2 weeks
  • Latex Toppers: 1-2 Weeks
  • Furniture (including Futon Sofa Beds): 4-6 weeks
  • Small items (organic bedding and duvet inners etc) will be dispatched within 48hrs if in stock. Please call to confirm delivery times for products on backorder.

INNATURE's 14-Day Customer Comfort Exchange Policy

At INNATURE, we understand the importance of finding the perfect mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep. We offer you the opportunity to test your mattress at home to confirm that you have selected the right bed for your needs. This is especially beneficial for customers from other cities who cannot visit our Auckland showroom. If you are not satisfied with the firmness of your mattress, please talk to us. We are happy to exchange your mattress core within 14 days of delivery.

This policy is valid for INNATURE Latex mattresses and doesn't cover Futon type mattresses.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Standard Sizes Only: This policy applies to mattresses of standard NZ sizes and does not extend to custom-made orders with customized sizes or shapes.

  2. Sleep Consultation Service: If you live outside of Auckland, please contact us for our complimentary Sleep Consultation service. Our most experienced sleep consultant, Ursel, has developed a system of questions to accurately profile the best INNATURE product match for you. This process, refined over two decades, ensures we meet your unique body-support requirements. Everyone deserves a full night’s sleep, and many factors affect healthy sleep. Ursel can provide you with the tools to select the right bed and advice to help you develop healthy sleep habits.

  3. Health and Safety Standards: Please note that due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of pillows, toppers, or bed linen such as overlays, sheets, etc.

  4. Choice of Firmness: The choice of firmness for the new mattress core must be discussed and agreed upon by INNATURE. We consider your personal preferences to select replacement options that best meet your unique requirements. In some cases, we might advise adding a Latex topper to achieve the perfect balance between excellent spine alignment and pressure point relief.

  5. Price Differences: If the cost of the replacement mattress core is higher than your initial choice, the difference in price will be charged.

  6. Transport Costs: INNATURE does not cover the cost of transport for items to be returned to our premises and back to your home.
