This mattress is perfect for those who prefer a very firm bed, including tradespeople, athletes, and individuals with cultural preferences for firmer sleeping surfaces. Its unique composition combines a coconut husk fibre core with natural latex, offering a firm but comfortable sleeping experience.

Recommended for Back Sleepers

A good choice for those that sleep on their back rather than side.

Side sleepers can pair it with an INNATURE Latex topper for a balanced feel of comfort and support. Recommended to be used with an Organic wool or 100% Tencel filled mattress protector.

Our 7″ (175mm) thick INNATURE Organic Firm Latex Mattress.

The main feature of this mattress is 100% Latex core of firm density of 90-95kg/m3. This core is truly a firm and resilient.

Surrounding this core we put 500gsm of organic NZ wool and encase it with an internal, 100% cotton cover. All layers are then hand stitched – no glues are used!

We finish the mattress with a durable, quilted top cover, made from Organic cotton (45%) and Hemp (55%) fabric, and 500gsm Organic NZ carded wool.

It comes with a zipper, and 2 strong handles for easy “rotate and flip” – in the comfort of your home.

Regular Airing and Rotation: Essential for maintaining the mattress's quality and comfort.
Cover Care: The quilted top cover with zipper is designed for ease of use. Do note remove.

Ordering & Delivery

Order processing and delivery times

As most of our items are handmade per order, please allow production time of approximately:

  • Cotton/Wool Pillows: 2-7 days
  • other Natural pillows: 2-7 days
  • ‘Zen’ and ‘Gypsy’ bed bases: 2-3 weeks
  • All other bed bases e.g. ‘Nova’, ‘Cubi Plus’, ‘New Classic’: 4-6weeks
  • Adult Mattresses and Futons: 2 weeks
  • Baby Bassinet Mattresses: 1 week
  • Cot Mattresses: 1-2 weeks (contact us if urgent and we will aim to meet your timeline as best we can).
  • Child and Teenage Mattresses: 1-2 weeks
  • Latex Toppers: 1-2 Weeks
  • Furniture (including Futon Sofa Beds): 4-6 weeks
  • Small items (organic bedding and duvet inners etc) will be dispatched within 48hrs if in stock. Please call to confirm delivery times for products on backorder.

INNATURE's 14-Day Customer Comfort Exchange Policy

At INNATURE, we understand the importance of finding the perfect mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep. We offer you the opportunity to test your mattress at home to confirm that you have selected the right bed for your needs. This is especially beneficial for customers from other cities who cannot visit our Auckland showroom. If you are not satisfied with the firmness of your mattress, please talk to us. We are happy to exchange your mattress core within 14 days of delivery.

This policy is valid for INNATURE Latex mattresses and doesn't cover Futon type mattresses.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Standard Sizes Only: This policy applies to mattresses of standard NZ sizes and does not extend to custom-made orders with customized sizes or shapes.

  2. Sleep Consultation Service: If you live outside of Auckland, please contact us for our complimentary Sleep Consultation service. Our most experienced sleep consultant, Ursel, has developed a system of questions to accurately profile the best INNATURE product match for you. This process, refined over two decades, ensures we meet your unique body-support requirements. Everyone deserves a full night’s sleep, and many factors affect healthy sleep. Ursel can provide you with the tools to select the right bed and advice to help you develop healthy sleep habits.

  3. Health and Safety Standards: Please note that due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of pillows, toppers, or bed linen such as overlays, sheets, etc.

  4. Choice of Firmness: The choice of firmness for the new mattress core must be discussed and agreed upon by INNATURE. We consider your personal preferences to select replacement options that best meet your unique requirements. In some cases, we might advise adding a Latex topper to achieve the perfect balance between excellent spine alignment and pressure point relief.

  5. Price Differences: If the cost of the replacement mattress core is higher than your initial choice, the difference in price will be charged.

  6. Transport Costs: INNATURE does not cover the cost of transport for items to be returned to our premises and back to your home.

The firmest Mattress of our range. Features a coconut husk fibre core centre and offers straight spine alignment and good firm support for the lower back. It is a truly firm but comfortable mattress and often chosen by customers who love really firm beds, enjoy straight spine alignment and durable support for the low back.

It is very often preferred by tradesmen and athletic people, as well as customers who, due to cultural preference (for example, Asian people), prefer firm support for the whole body to get a good, deep sleep.

It can be too firm for side sleepers as it does not offer any give to accomodate your shoulder or hip.

This mattress, used together with INNATURE Latex soft topper, is a “magic union” of comfort and firm support.

Recommended to be used with Organic wool mattress protector or 100% Tencel mattress protector, as the quilted cover is not designed to be removed or washed.
