The Mazon M30 Adjustable base has key features of head lift and foot lift. The M30 also has the addition of autoflat position and zero gravity pre-set. It is operated by wireless remote, with a whisper quiet electric motor.
MASSAGE FUNCTION The M30 also has two pre-programmable positions, four preset positions and three massage intensity levels.

Ordering & Delivery
Order processing and delivery times
As most of our items are handmade per order, please allow production time of approximately:
- Cotton/Wool Pillows: 2-7 days
- other Natural pillows: 2-7 days
- ‘Zen’ and ‘Gypsy’ bed bases: 2-3 weeks
- All other bed bases e.g. ‘Nova’, ‘Cubi Plus’, ‘New Classic’: 4-6weeks
- Adult Mattresses and Futons: 2 weeks
- Baby Bassinet Mattresses: 1 week
- Cot Mattresses: 1-2 weeks (contact us if urgent and we will aim to meet your timeline as best we can).
- Child and Teenage Mattresses: 1-2 weeks
- Latex Toppers: 1-2 Weeks
- Furniture (including Futon Sofa Beds): 4-6 weeks
- Small items (organic bedding and duvet inners etc) will be dispatched within 48hrs if in stock. Please call to confirm delivery times for products on backorder.

INNATURE's 14-Day Customer Comfort Exchange Policy
At INNATURE, we understand the importance of finding the perfect mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep. We offer you the opportunity to test your mattress at home to confirm that you have selected the right bed for your needs. This is especially beneficial for customers from other cities who cannot visit our Auckland showroom. If you are not satisfied with the firmness of your mattress, please talk to us. We are happy to exchange your mattress core within 14 days of delivery.
This policy is valid for INNATURE Latex mattresses and doesn't cover Futon type mattresses.

Standard Sizes Only: This policy applies to mattresses of standard NZ sizes and does not extend to custom-made orders with customized sizes or shapes.

Sleep Consultation Service: If you live outside of Auckland, please contact us for our complimentary Sleep Consultation service. Our most experienced sleep consultant, Ursel, has developed a system of questions to accurately profile the best INNATURE product match for you. This process, refined over two decades, ensures we meet your unique body-support requirements. Everyone deserves a full night’s sleep, and many factors affect healthy sleep. Ursel can provide you with the tools to select the right bed and advice to help you develop healthy sleep habits.

Health and Safety Standards: Please note that due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of pillows, toppers, or bed linen such as overlays, sheets, etc.

Choice of Firmness: The choice of firmness for the new mattress core must be discussed and agreed upon by INNATURE. We consider your personal preferences to select replacement options that best meet your unique requirements. In some cases, we might advise adding a Latex topper to achieve the perfect balance between excellent spine alignment and pressure point relief.

Price Differences: If the cost of the replacement mattress core is higher than your initial choice, the difference in price will be charged.

Transport Costs: INNATURE does not cover the cost of transport for items to be returned to our premises and back to your home.
