HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT MATTRESS

Comfort is a balance between spinal alignment (firm) and pressure point relief (soft). It is important to have the right level of support to achieve the correct alignment of your spine, along with a comfortable layer to ensure the relief of your pressure points.

Any known pressure point issues that you may have, should also be taken into account when choosing your new mattress. If you have any allergies it is important to check the materials of which the mattress is made.
