‘VIDA’ Kids Bed Frames Made in NZ

NZ crafted quality kid’s bed frame made of solid timber and finished with natural oil. Simple and elegant. Can be made in different heights and different timber options: Pine, Macrocarpa or America Ash. Legs can be straight or angled.
Usual height for a kid’s bed frame is 32cm but it can be made 35cm if it is chosen for a teenager 37cm or 40cm if used with a trundler.
Headboard has 3 changeable position. It can be attached with no gap for a small child with the bed frame or moved up 5 or 10cm to be used as support when sitting in bed for grown kids.
Legs can be angled or straight. It can be specified by you.
You may choose from the following bed base heights:
- Low – 32cm (typical height for a kids bed)
- Medium – 35cm (typical height for a kids bed)
- High – 37 or 40cm (for use with a trundler)
- Also there are options for the mattress to sit inside the bed frame (timber rails are around the mattress and mattress is 30mm deep into the bed frame). Or for the mattress to sit on top the bed frame (mattress sits flush with sides of the bed frame and foot end, slats are flush with the rails)
***Can also come with a drawer on wheels ($325 – 395) or trundler (additional $375 – $595 for the base + futon mattress of your choice $615 – $755 for additional cost). Please contact us for those options.

- ‘Zen’ and ‘Gypsy’ bed bases: 2-3 weeks
- All other bed bases e.g. ‘Nova’, ‘Cubi Plus’, ‘New Classic’: 4-5 weeks
- Adult Mattresses and Futons: 2-3 weeks
- Baby Bassinet Mattresses: 1 week
- Cot Mattresses: 1-2 weeks (contact us if urgent and we will aim to meet your timeline as best we can).
- Child and Teenage Mattresses: 1-2 weeks
- Latex Toppers: 1-2 Weeks
- Furniture (including Futon Sofa Beds): 4-6 weeks
- Small items (organic bedding and duvet inners etc): will be dispatched within 48hrs if in stock. Please call to confirm delivery times for products on backorder.
