All cot mattresses we make are very supportive and not soft.

Firm one is very popular between Asian customers as there is a cultural preference for the really firm feel bed.

Medium is popular between new parents who themselves prefer rather comfortable and a little bit more giving bed feel.

‘Zen’ and ‘Gypsy’ bed bases: 1-2 weeks

Adult Mattresses and Futons: 2-4 weeks
Baby Bassinet Mattresses: 1 week
Cot Mattresses: 1-2 weeks (contact us if urgent and we will aim to meet your timeline as best we can).
Child and Teenage Mattresses: 2 weeks
Latex Toppers: 1-2 Weeks
Furniture (including Futon Sofa Beds): 6-8 weeks
Small items (organic bedding and duvet inners etc): will be dispatched within 48hrs if in stock. Please call to confirm delivery times for products on backorder.
