Organic Baby Cot Mattress. Firm

Composition:

The mattress core is made of 75mm very firm coconut husk coir, with 500gsm pure NZ wool around the core, and a 100% cotton inner cover. All layers are hand stitched together (no glues are required), and finished with a zipped organic cotton/hemp outer-cover that is quilted with 250gsm of NZ wool wadding.

The Cot Mattress outer cover can be removed and exchanged for a new cover to create a fresh start for your next child.

690mm x 1290 -1300mm, 600mm x 1200mm or custom sized to your requirements.

We can also make oval shaped cot mattresses. Simply send us a template (you can use newspaper to create your template).

We recommend use of an Organic wool mattress protector or Dri-cot wool water resistant protector with your mattress.

If you use a Plastic Baby monitor, this can reflect moisture back into the mattress and cause a patch of mould to appear. To avoid this please place the monitor into a woollen cover or place it under the mattress with a woollen blanket between the monitor and mattress. You will need to air those items regularly.
