NZ Wide Delivery

At  INNATURE we are committed to deliver all our products nationwide. For this we use several service providers and options for our clients. Just so you know, we pass the very reasonable commercial rates we receive from our transport companies, onto our customers.

For Small to Medium sized items we use Fastway couriers. They deliver to private and commercial addresses where a signature can be obtained on receipt of goods, or where alternate instructions for the courier are possible.

Small to Medium products include: baby bassinets, cot mattresses, bedding (mattress protectors, duvet inners, pillows), and linen (sheet sets, duvet cover sets, pillow cases).

For large articles we use PBT freight company, who can deliver to private and commercial addresses. They also have depots in all main New Zealand cities, should you want to collect directly from them.

For delivery of timber furniture designed by INNATURE, and our custom made furniture, we use the furniture the moving division of Mainfreight. They have trained furniture movers and handle orders with care, delivering your goods safely to your home.

All bed items come in flatpack, which require uncomplicated assembly. In Auckland and surrounding areas:

INNATURE delivers directly to you for a range in cost from $25 – $80, based on your location. This service includes assembly of your purchase.

For a fixed cost we can also remove your old mattress and base – $30 just for the mattress, and $50 for removal of mattress and base – this is the fee we are charged at the waste station in order to recycle the materials.
