
14 Day Return/Exchange Policy
Take the opportunity to test your mattress at home to confirm you have selected the the right bed for you. This is a great option for customers from other cities who are unable to visit our showroom in Auckland. If you are not satisfied with the choice of firmness of your mattress, please talk to us. We are happy to exchange your mattress core, within 14 days of delivery.
Terms and conditions of our 14 day customer comfort exchange policy: This policy applies to mattresses of standard NZ sizes and does not extend to custom made orders with customised sizes or shapes.
Please note: due to health and safety standards we are not able to accept returns of PILLOWS, TOPPERS, or BED LINEN such as overlays, sheets etc.
The choice of firmness of the new mattress-core must be discussed and agreed to by INNATURE. We are experienced and able to consider your personal preferences when selecting replacement options that best meet your unique requirements.
If the cost of the replacement mattress-core is more than your initial choice, the difference in price will be charged for payment.
INNATURE does not cover the cost of transport for items to be returned to our premises and back to your home.
